Who we are

Huddlecraft helps people and organisations climb the steep, collective learning curves we face in the 21st Century.

We are growing an ecosystem of support for peer-to-peer learning and action, via:

*huddlecraft: we define the term as ‘the practice of combining people to unearth and multiply potential’, and this peer-to-peer methodology is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re a small but mighty Community Interest Company that intends to evolve in ways we cannot yet imagine. 💪

We don’t have line managers: we’re a self-managing team with deep roots of collaboration, who really value continual learning and operating in a peer-led way.

We are currently a full time team of 3, and we work with the support of a wider freelance Collective. We are also embedded within our community of Huddle hosts and participants of our offerings. We connect with our wider community via Slack, our weekly ‘open learning hour’ and our annual events including Huddle Camp and our Christmas party.

Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-oppression and Liberation (DIAL):

We’re committed to going beyond lip service and have an ongoing practice to embed diversity, inclusion, anti-oppression and liberation in everything we do: from our public facing comms, to our programmes, to the inner workings of our culture.

Prospective candidates don’t need to ‘know everything’, but we’re seeking a commitment to continual learning in this area. We welcome people who are willing to name and address oppression dynamics as part of the work.
